For the first one re-click that, that link has a code at the end of it. For the rest when you click for instructions will give you a hint as to where their code is.

On Money Saving Mindy, link goes to ‘page not found’. Tried to search the site, but as far as I can tell, she doesn’t even have a post showing about the Going Post’al giveaway.
